WINCHESTER SUPER HANDICAP
In spite of its many positive attributes, WSH powder is best known for its most obvious application. The low recoil loads that won’t hurt your arm will be a problem. Now is a time of powder scarcity, and everyone is making do with what they have. Both WAALite and Alliant ExtraLite are suitable for the loads you describe. Perhaps Titewad or E3 will suffice (these are both pretty rare). With the powder and wads at your disposal, you can make a trap load that is nearly identical to a World War I super handicap load.
You can make a good load using 1 1/8 ounce of 7 1/2, some CB1118 wads, 20.5-20.9 grains of WSH, and a W209 primer in an AA hull (red or gray). It can smash a clay pot from a great distance. This is not a quiet round with minimal recoil. Disabled trap shooters, on the other hand, regularly knock out four boxes in that time frame. A lot of people use this as a sporting clays load, too.
